Course and Curriculum
Our approach is very hands-on, unlike many school settings where learning is mainly accomplished by listening to dull lectures and reading boring textbooks. To complement our in-person labs and provide a thorough course for all types of learners, we are thrilled to provide additional online modules and at-home tools. Over the course, students will complete reading assignments, online quizzes, lectures, and activities. Each course element effectively trains you to become a highly qualified dental assistant professional.
Our Dental Assisting Program
Our courses are set up to be six weeks of online lecture, two weeks of hands-on training, and four weeks in an externship in an actual dental office. The first six weeks will be completely online, and you can do it at home at your convenience. Weeks seven and eight will be in-class on Fridays and Saturdays. Then you will begin your externship, which will be four weeks.
